Creative, Marketing & Digital Agency Bigwave media has opened an office in Torquay.
The Exeter based agency, formed over 10 years ago, has identified that the area has a vibrant and positive buzz about it.
Head of Marketing & Creative Services, Ronnie Halden explained: “A few of our staff, including myself, live in and around the Bay and we have all noticed a shift up in gear on the business and commercial front. We have been members of the Torbay Business Forum for two years and under the chairmanship of Tim Godfrey have seen it go from strength to strength and we think the same will apply to the Torquay Chamber led by the industrious Susie Colley. Bigwave already works with a number of clients in the area including Paignton Zoo and Living Coasts and we believe a physical presence will help us expand on that number.
“The Training Partnership Ltd. have been supplying us with a stream of talented workplace European students over the last two years and in October we will take on a digital apprentice through the South Devon College Apprenticeship scheme – so all in all it felt was the right time to open an office here.”
