The Brief
Reebok Sports Club, London, approached Big Wave Media to initially provide one of the free calls offered to all new clients.
This initial call enabled Reebok to see the depth and quality of the product and after this initial call the Management team at the club met with Big Wave Media to decide the way forward.
Reebok Sports Club is one of the top private clubs in London and had solid systems for customer care and a training and auditing programme to ensure they stay ahead of the game in terms of their vision.
Big Wave Media was commissioned with a brief ‘to complete Mystery Shop Audits and produce recommendations to the Chief Executive’.
The Solution
The solution was provided in the form of regular calls and club visits.
