Business Solution: Mystery Shopping
Avalon Leisure Ltd approached Big Wave Media initially to complete a Mystery Shop Call and a Mystery Visit to three Leisure Centres and One Private Club it manages in Mendip, Somerset as part of its Lifestyle Brand Portfolio.
After these initial calls and visits the Senior Management at Avalon met with Big Wave Media to decide the way forward.
The Brief
Avalon Leisure Ltd is an established and award winning leisure management company, offering a wide range of management and consultancy solutions to the public and private sectors.
Avalon Leisure already had solid operational systems with a solid set of visions and values.
Big Wave Media was commissioned with a brief to ensure 'Actions and Outcomes' were focused on to ensure the Avalon Lifestyle Vision and Values were delivered consistently.
The Audit
The Audit's which included the 'whole experience' from a customer perspective were to supply a fresh eyes perspective for Centre Managers with feedback to the Senior Management Team.
The Result
Resulting from these quarterly sessions a framework of support was drawn up to ensure outcomes were focused on with the Brand ManagerQuarterly Audits and Monthly Support provided by Big Wave Media ensured the teams focused on the outcomes and more importantly a consistent service across the portfolio.
