"Using Big Wave Media brought a fresh perspective of customer service processes and service delivery at the facilities. It was important that the audits were tailored to the nuiances of the University sport sector in which we work.

Through a combination of Mystery shopper calls and a visit, any service gaps between the environment we seek to create and the reality were quickly identified.

The reports were available promptly and were very accessible in written and audio format through the Big Wave Media website. Working with Big Wave has been enjoyable and staff responded well to the feedback as provided through a Facilitation day."
